
Thermomix Miso Salmon Salad
The Miso Salmon salad is a delicate flavour packed recipe. The miso sesame paste that coats the salmon takes the whole dish to a higher level. This dish combines so many flavours and it has become one of my favourite salads to eat. The best part is that it brings back memories of my time with family from Sydney. Theres nothing better then recreating a meal that combines memories of good times with family or friends.

- miso sesame paste
- water
- brown rice
- salmon
- cabbage
- red onion
- coriander leaves
- black sesame seeds
- goma wakame or seaweed
COOKING TIP
- Try swapping the salmon with chicken. Or instead of rice, use soba noodles, buckwheat noodles or brown rice vermicelli.
- Instead of making a salad, serve the salmon with rice as a simple dish and drink the miso soup separately.
