Thermomix Homemade Creamy Mayonnaise

There is something about homemade mayonnaise. Apart from it being quick and easy to make, I think it adds so much flavour to a dish. The addition of the sour cream makes the mayonnaise super creamy. This recipe is the dressing for the Pasta Salad however you could also use it in potato salad, with coleslaw or use it as a dipping sauce.
