Thermomix Fennel and Cabbage Salad
This recipe for Fennel and Cabbage Salad is my take on one of our weekend lunch salads at Dad’s place. Most weekends we go to my father-in-law’s house for lunch. He often makes beautiful salads with fennel. Fresh fennel is not an ingredient that I have personally used much in the past, but my father-in-law showed me how to easily incorporate it into my recipes. This recipe explodes with flavour so if you have never tried fennel I would highly recommend giving this recipe a go.
The full fennel and cabbage salad recipe is exclusively featured in the Salad Collection cookbook. For that reason, the quantities and steps are not listed in this blog post. However a list of ingredients is provided to help you with your shopping list and meal planning (especially helpful if you use the paprika recipe app) and also some tips.
Here is a list of ingredients you will need to make this recipe.
- fresh herbs (parsley, coriander, mint, thyme or dill)
- sesame seeds
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- Try adding apple to the salad
- Make a few batches at a time to feed a crowd
