Usually this means a lot of testing to perfect a recipe to a texture we all like but usually we find a winner!
My daughter is probably the biggest cheese lover in my house. However, there has been times due to her health or allergies that we have had to restrict dairy. This cheese recipe is a dairy free option so that we can still enjoy “cheese” whenever we want to. I also enjoy having this option for when I’m on a detox or diet and restricting my own dairy intake.

- substitute cashews with macadamia nuts
- serve in a salad bowl or with some homemade Thermomix seeded crackers, fruit and nuts on a cheese board.
- try adding different flavours such as basil,oregano or chopped garlic
