We usually refer to taramasalata as just ‘tarama’. It is a pink fluffy dip made from fish roe.
The full recipe for tarama is exclusively featured in our cookbook MEZZE. For that reason, the quantities and steps are not listed in this blog post. However we have provided a list of ingredients to help you with your shopping list and meal planning (especially helpful if you use the paprika recipe app) and also some Thermomix cooking tips.

- sunflower oil
- tarama cod paste, fish roe

- Store bread and fish roe in the freezer so that you can easily make tarama when you need to without rushing to the shops to find ingredients.
- Fish roe can be sourced from a continental deli. It is sometimes hard to find. If you know of a store that stocks fish roe can you please leave a comment on this Facebook post below to help others to find it too:
