Sia's Mum's Christmas Trifle

This is the Christmas Trifle that my friend Sia's Mum makes. Here are all the steps for you to now make it in your Thermomix. First make the port wine jelly, then the sponge cake or even some jam rolls, then add some custard, peaches, cream and you have just recreated this amazing trifle!

I have made two items so far from the cook book. The traditional greek yogurt, so yummy and so easy. I was happy I could make it thicker than I usually buy it. I also made the rice pudding which was amazing and also very easy. I normally don’t like rice pudding so was very happy with the recipe.
