Bechamel sauce then went in the oven over cauliflower and broccoli. Everyone at the party agreed that it was delicious! My father in law even had seconds (he never has seconds of anything!)

I wish there were more gluten free recipes. We have a few Coeliacs in our Greek family and would love some GF alternatives for Easter. I will probably use more recipes out of the Mezze book for Easter this year.

I’m a detailed person so I have 1 suggestion for you (sorry) try not to abbreviate your terminology in your books, ie MC (measure cup). I know it’s only something small. Keep up the good work

Koulouria were delicious! Although, I’m originally used to making them with orange rind & orange juice. So in your recipe I added 3 tablespoons of orange rind so give it a bit of that flavour. Loved it!
