- 600g white chocolate, broken into pieces or use chocolate chips

Add oreos to the bowl (4 packets) and chop for 5 seconds/speed 9.
-
Add cream cheese (250g) and blend for 20 seconds/speed 9.
-
Tip the mixture into a cake slice tin. Or if preferred, form the mixture into a rectangular log and cut into small slices or make round balls.
-
In a clean bowl, add white chocolate (600g) and chop for 3 seconds/speed 9.
-
Melt the chocolate for 2 minutes/50 degrees/speed 2. Ensure the chocolate is completely melted otherwise scrape down sides and continue melting for another 1 minute/50 degrees/speed 2.
-
Drizzle the white chocolate over the slice or cover the whole slice with a full layer of white chocolate. Refrigerate the slice for approximately 2 hours so that it can set. Ensure that the slice has hardened before cutting and serving.
-
One the slice has set, flip it over onto a chopping board with the white chocolate face down. Cut into slices or squares and serve.
NOTES
-
Use the mixture to make oreo balls or cake pops.
-
The white chocolate becomes very hard in the fridge so it may squash the slice if it is cut from chocolate down. Ensure that the slice is flipped before cutting.
