Port Wine Jelly – Recipe For Your Thermomixer

Have you ever tried making your own homemade jelly from scratch? Here I share with you how to make Port Wine Jelly using your Thermomix. You could also follow these steps to make the jelly for the Lemon and Peach Jelly Mousse. This jelly is just one of the ingredients in the Christmas Trifle recipe we make. I have made two items so far from the cook book. The traditional greek yogurt, so yummy and so easy. I was happy I could make it thicker than I usually buy it. I also made the rice pudding which was amazing and also very easy. I normally don’t like rice pudding so was very happy with the recipe.
