This Peach and Lemon Jelly Mousse recipe for your Thermomix is just a little different. When I was in Cyprus one of my aunties had made it for me. It was so creamy yet still had that jelly texture. It was fresh for the hot day and a great snack to enjoy altogether. I share the recipe she gave to me but of course you can modify it and use your own gelatin instead of the jelly packets if you prefer. You can even change up all the flavour combinations depending on the occasion if you like!
