Thermomix Pasta Elias Olive Dip

This Thermomix recipe for pasta elias olive dip is one of my Dad's creations with some of his many marinated olive creations. My dad is very passionate about his olives. He has hundreds of olive jars around the house all marinating with different flavours. A dip made with George’s olives will have an intense flavour, one that cannot be compared to any store bought olive. If you are lucky enough to visit my dad, he will probably share his olives with you. However, if you want to make this dip with a different type of olive we suggest that you use a good quality kalamata olive.

I have made two items so far from the cook book. The traditional greek yogurt, so yummy and so easy. I was happy I could make it thicker than I usually buy it. I also made the rice pudding which was amazing and also very easy. I normally don’t like rice pudding so was very happy with the recipe.
