Firstly, you should know that we prefer to cook with our Thermomix TM5!
However we also test our recipes in a Thermomix TM31 and we have lots of readers who say that they use Fayi recipes in their Bellini, ThermoChef or other thermal cooking machine.
DIET SYMBOLS
Each of our recipes cards include dietary symbols. The full colour symbol with white writing means that the dish is gluten free, dairy free etc. The white symbol with the coloured writing means that the dish can be altered to suit a special diet.
Here is what the symbols look like:
BOWL SIZE
Please look out for the bowl symbol on our recipe cards – especially if you DO NOT have a Thermomix TM5. Recipes that have a symbol of a bowl will require a 2.2L bowl size. If you do not have a Thermomix TM5 then your bowl size might be smaller. Adjust the recipe to suit your bowl size or else you may overload your bowl capacity.
The bowl symbol looks like this:
FOLLOW YOUR USER MANUAL
No matter which machine you have, always, always, always, follow the instructions and guidelines that are documented in your user manual. This may be different for each appliance.
SAVE YOUR RECIPE CARDS
Whenever we publish a new recipe on the Fayi blog, we will also send you an email with downloadable recipe card. You can print this recipe card or save it as a PDF on your ibooks or android app.
We also suggest that you save our recipes to your Paprika app. Here is a video tutorial which will show you how to do it {watch video}.
