The Mezze Cookbook features over 40 traditional Greek family recipes. These recipes have been converted to be cooked in a Thermomix so generations to come can enjoy these recipes. The Mezze Cookbook was the very first cookbook we released in 2017.
Mezze Cookbook won bronze place in the Independent Publisher Book Awards in 2017. It had a beautiful feature article on their blog which recognised many of the details we shared within the book.
It was an honour to receive this recognition not just because of the hard work that went into creating Mezze but because of the enormous respect we had for the parents, grand parents, aunties and friends who shared their time and recipes with us. These recipes are often kept a secret that they are lost with the person who cooked them best. To have these recipes now documented with a story of the person who we will remember them for, is something to be treasured and shared for many years to come.
