I'm so excited that you've got your hands on a copy of the Salad Collection! For those of you that don't I'm just about to dive into another 5 reasons why you need it. I want to show you how it can help you not only create salads but many other quick and easy meals.
To start, I want to familiarize you with the book. Of course in the front of the book we have a heap of salads, dips and dressing recipes. Then at the end of the book is a section called salad bowls. This is my absolute favorite section! You can refer to these pages for so many things. It guides you on chopping your nuts, herbs and vegetables in your Thermo mixer.

Prep Your Ingredients
The book of course is designed to show you how you can add it to a salad. I love to chop up bits and pieces and store them in containers in the fridge for a quick meal or side dish. But you can do so much more then just salads. Be sure to prep your ingredients as shown in the video and use them to make so many other dishes along with your salads.

OMELETTE
Firstly, you could use the chopped veggies to create a quick morning omelette. I love to use my omelette maker as it's quick and easy with kids around but you could use a fry pan or steam them on some parchment paper in your steaming tray in your thermal appliance.

QUICHE
Next, I show you how you can whip up a quiche in no time using the same steps to chop your veggies. Or better yet use up the leftover ones in your container you prepped.

SOUP
Then, how about trying a soul warming soup. I love that I can change it up so easily depending on what I feel like in that moment. Plus, I love that it's got the benefit of all that gut loving broth.

PIZZA
Finally, if you still need to use up any pre chopped up veggies, my go to then would be a pizza. Such a delicious way to use up all the leftovers but still get an awesome dinner out of it.
