Thermomix Frappe Iced Coffee

These Frappe Iced Coffees are effortless to make with your Thermomix. You can make one for yourself or up to 10 at once in just a couple of minutes. Enjoy them black, with sugar, milk or both. With so many options it is sure to be a hit at your next party.

This recipe takes me back to my holidays with my family in Greece. You could go to a restaurant, cousins house or to the beach and you would be sure to find these on the menu. My first experience enjoying one was at my cousins house in Cyprus. Now you can basically enjoy it on nearly any Greek island. Take me back there please! In the meantime you can catch me enjoying one of these at home while I reminisce my time overseas.

I have now made miso salmon, ginger,garlic chilli chicken and pumpkin brocolini and partner has loved them both tonight I am doing tamari coleslaw and green beans with balsamic reduction which I made 2 days ago, also I have the raspberry vinegarette fermenting will finish it tomorrow to do sweet green salad thanks for the fabulous recipes

I have made two items so far from the cook book. The traditional greek yogurt, so yummy and so easy. I was happy I could make it thicker than I usually buy it. I also made the rice pudding which was amazing and also very easy. I normally don’t like rice pudding so was very happy with the recipe.
