How Do You Use doTERRA?

Here are some examples of how Chrystalla and Sia personally use doTERRA with their own families:

Chrystalla

I use DigestZen on myself and my daughter. We suffer lots of stomach cramps from either eating something that doesn't agree with us or simple digestion problems. A few drops in a carrier oil rubbed on the tummy calms my severe cramping within 30 mins compared to a night running to the bathroom!! I definitely love this oil.

Sia

My sister-in-law always has headaches. She keeps an aspro clear on her all the time just in case she feels the pain. However Sabrina hates taking tablets, she doesn't like to swallow them. One day I gave her some past tense and rolled some on her wrists. Her head ache was gone within 5 minutes. Now, she keeps doTERRA in her handbag where ever she goes. She still gets head aches but she feels much better about applying some oil rather than taking a pill.

I have made two items so far from the cook book. The traditional greek yogurt, so yummy and so easy. I was happy I could make it thicker than I usually buy it. I also made the rice pudding which was amazing and also very easy. I normally don’t like rice pudding so was very happy with the recipe.
