Coconut Butter

INGREDIENTS
400g coconut flakes
STEPS
1. Add the coconut flakes (400g) to the bowl and blend for
2 minutes/37 degrees/speed 6.
2. Scrape down sides. Blend again 1 minute/37 degrees/speed 4.
3. Scrape down sides. Blend again 1 minute/37 degrees/speed 6.
4. Scrape down sides. Continue to blend 1 minute/37 degrees/ speed 6.
5. Store in a glass jar in the cupboard.
NOTES
Use desiccated coconut or shredded coconut if preferred. Blending times may vary to reach a smooth paste.
Butter will solidify in cold weather. Heat to melt the butter if needed.
