Christmas White Chocolate & Pistachio Fudge

It's even easier now to make this Christmas white chocolate and pistachio fudge with this Thermomix recipe. When I was a little girl, my mum would make it for the sweet stall for the school fete. She would have trays (and TRAYS) of all kinds of sweets. There would be things like the chocolate balls, chocolate fudge, rocky road, fudge brownie and of course who could forget the toffee apples!!

Even though my memories of this white chocolate and pistachio fudge were from school events, I now enjoy making it to share with teachers, friends and family at Christmas or for special occasions. I sometimes box the up in little containers, wrap them up in some cellophane or simple just take a whole plate to a party.

I have made two items so far from the cook book. The traditional greek yogurt, so yummy and so easy. I was happy I could make it thicker than I usually buy it. I also made the rice pudding which was amazing and also very easy. I normally don’t like rice pudding so was very happy with the recipe.
