There is not a person I know that makes Rocky Road the same way. Some enjoy it with marshmallows, others with gummies, you could be a dark chocolate fan or you might prefer it white! All I know is that there is no wrong or right way to make it. However, using your Thermomix to create it will make it quicker, easier and even more enjoyable. dark chocolate
milk chocolate
copha
carnation milk
small marshmallows or cut large marshmallows in half
shredded coconut

COOKING TIP

- Add your choice of nuts and/ or lollies to the mixture if preferred.
- Use only milk chocolate or only dark chocolate if preferred. Rocky road can also be make with white chocolate.

I have made two items so far from the cook book. The traditional greek yogurt, so yummy and so easy. I was happy I could make it thicker than I usually buy it. I also made the rice pudding which was amazing and also very easy. I normally don’t like rice pudding so was very happy with the recipe.
