Anari Tiropita Small Ricotta Pastries – Thermomix Recipe
Everyone makes tiropitas a little bit differently. Some people use filo pastry and other people prefer puff pastry, but this is the best I have ever come across. The small homemade pastries are filled with anari, which is a Cypriot word for ricotta cheese. This recipe is exclusively featured in the MEZZE cookbook. For that reason, the quantities and steps are not listed in this blog post. However we have provided a list of ingredients to help you with your shopping list and meal planning (especially helpful if you use the paprika recipe app) and also some Thermomix cooking tips.
