3 Ingredient Healthy Frozen Yoghurt
135g frozen berries
250g of unflavoured coconut yogurt
1 tsp of honey
1. Add all the ingredients to the bowl: frozen berries (135g), coconut yoghurt (250g) and honey (1 tsp). Blend 25 seconds/speed 4.
2. Scrape down sides and blend again for 5 seconds/speed 4.
3. Serve immediately.
This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
Add more honey for a sweeter taste.
For a thicker frozen yoghurt, use half the yoghurt or increase the amount of frozen berries.
