THERMOMIX BECHAMEL SAUCE
So… there are a lot of bechamel sauce recipes available on the Thermomix Recipe Community and on Cookidoo. There is even a basic recipe for bechamel sauce on the Basic Cookbook which comes with your Thermomix TM5.
But this particular recipe variation is by far the BEST recipe for bechamel sauce that we have ever tried! It is thick and creamy and taste delicious. The recipe is simple to follow and very quick to make in your Thermomix.
